These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of FLY2TVI.com and its members.
FLY2TVI.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice.
FLY2TVI.COM reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.
Third-Party Liability. FLY2TVI.com will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.
Illegal activity. Members may not present FLY2TVI.com promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by FLY2TVI.com, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.
Membership . Our Lifetime membership is only $88.
FLY2TVI.com DOES NOT DO CASH PAYOUTS We provide TVI E-Vouchers only.
Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of FLY2TVI.com with all benefits of membership forfeited.
Membership Cancellation. Membership at FLY2TVI.com is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. FLY2TVI.com will only cancel/terminate a membership if it's deemed that the member is operating in conflict with FLY2TVI.com terms and conditions.
Relationship. A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of FLY2TVI.com.
Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under U.S. laws.
Private Information. FLY2TVI.com will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.
Copyright Material. All branding, logos and graphics contained within FLY2TVI.com are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. FLY2TVI.com provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.
Damaging Intent. Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to FLY2TVI.com and or its members will be terminated. Depending on seriousness, FLY2TVI.com may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
UCE/UBE or SPAM. FLY2TVI.com strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of FLY2TVI.com and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled.
Contact Information. It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area. FLY2TVI.com will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.
Tax. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any benefit you receive from FLY2TVI.com.
Members or groups who intend to join our team, who already have accounts in TVI Express are welcome, we are all part of the TVI family. However we will not tolerate cross sponsoring, you should check with your upline in your TVI team and see if they are participating with FLY2TVI.com if they are you should sign up under their FLY2TVI.com URL if they are not participating and don't intend to participate you should tick the box saying you are already a member of TVI. Any team member caught trying to divide our team up in TVI Express will be permanently deleted and banned from our system. Joining our system and/or team at FLY2TVI.COM signifies that you agree to these terms in full.
